Back Description Clearspring Organic Rice Mirin is naturally fermented Whilst most mirin nowadays contains sugar and preservatives, Clearspring rice mirin is naturally fermented with koji from just rice with some salt being added at the end of the process. Mirin is used to sweeten and gives a depth in flavour. Ingredients: Organic Sweet rice (53%) , organic shochu (water, organic cultured rice), organic cultured rice (8%), sea salt (2%).
