These brackets allow the backrest to fold flat and gives a more comfortable seating position. Multiple options available. If you have a double passenger seat with a fixed backrest, this modification will allow the backrest to fold forward to a flat position. The seat can then be used as a flat surface or to make room for loading extra-long items. Vankraft produces 3 versions of the bracket, each providing a different backrest recline angle when upright. Option 1: 10 degree recline. For standard double seats and most swivel seat bases. This option is for customers with “Rusty Lee” or “MS Craft” swivel bases with a spacer that already tilts the seat base up at the front. The Vankraft 5-degree bracket combined with the spacer brings the recline angle much closer to the more comfortable 10-degree recline. Option 3: 0 degree recline angle.
