What if I have received a faulty item?
Returns and refunds at blue-serve are handled in line with Australian consumer law and our commitment to quality. This page explains our return policy, refund process, order cancellation rules, and product warranty coverage so customers know exactly what to expect.
If you believe you may have a faulty item, we will do it best to make it right!

Please include;
- The order number / reference of the order. (This can be found in your email receipt).
- A description of the issue and any supported attempts to fix. ( e.g Checked batteries / charged item and not turning on)
- A video or photo if possible of the issue
Please contact us within 7 days if your item has arrived faulty and we will be happy to replace it. If the same product is not available, store credit will be issued towards your next item.
We at blue-serve must follow each manufacturers policy in faulty items. This may include returning the faulty item for inspection of the fault. In this case a return slip will be provided. Returned items are not re-sold.
Returns Policy
blue-serve is unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purposes.
We do accepts returns under certain circumstances. We will accept returns under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), e.g a manufacturing fault.
Exchange Policy
We cannot accept exchanges on any products. Please read the item description to ensure correct items and sizes are correct. If an incorrect item is sent by blue-serve, please provide your order details and image if possible to [email protected]. In this case; You maybe asked to return the item and an exchange is then provided. An exchange can be completed on select item’s under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Can I Cancel My Order?

If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid, please contact us ASAP. If the order has been dispatched, you will be asked to return the unopened delivery with a return label provided. A 30% cancellation fee will apply if your order has been dispatched and in transit.

What is blue-serve’s Product Warranty?
blue-serve’s warranty policy covers products for 31 days from the date of purchase. If the item may be under a manufacturers warranty this takes precedent. This includes defects or faults due to manufacturing failure. This does not include; misuse, accident damage, general wear and tear.
We will do our best to replace or exchange the faulty item. If the item is out of stock, a credit or refund will then be provided.
